Frequently Asked Questions

How do I hang your work?
I recommend first holding the piece in different locations or editing a photo of your space to visualize where you want it to hang. Once you’ve chosen the spot, use a Sharpie/pencil to mark where the hook should go on the ceiling.
Cut a length of monofilament cord to your desired height, crimp a loop on one end, and attach it to the piece. Then screw a ceiling hook into your marked spot and hang your piece from the loop.

What tools do I need to hang my piece?
You’ll need a ceiling hook, a 6mm drill bit and a drill (if you’re using the sturdier hook), monofilament cord, and a crimping tool (I use a needle-nose pliers) to secure the cord loop. You can also tie a secure knot instead, like a fisherman’s knot.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, I currently offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Is shipping insurance included?
Yes. All sculptures are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are fully insured in case of loss or damage.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. I currently only ship within the United States.

What if my piece arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the packaging and sculpture. All packages are insured, and I’ll guide you through the claims process.
That said, my sculptures are often made with an ethos of imperfection and transformation. Minor surface imperfections or small broken drips don’t necessarily detract from the piece. If you're concerned, feel free to reach out.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of these one-of-a-kind artworks, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, you're covered by insurance and we’ll work together to resolve the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, I aim to package and ship it within 5–7 business days. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A USPS tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is on the way.

Is your work fragile?
Yes and no. Some sculptures, especially those with extended drips, include delicate elements that may break if mishandled. However, the core structure of each piece is quite durable. Some resin edges may be sharp, so please handle with care.

Can I request a custom piece or color palette?
At this time, I am not accepting custom commissions. Each piece is created through a spontaneous and intuitive process and is offered as-is.

Do you offer local pickup in Fargo?
Yes, but only for those I know personally. If you live in Fargo and we’re connected, you’re welcome to reach out before purchasing and we can arrange a pickup. I don’t currently offer public pickup from my studio or home.
